Working with the College team, the PCAB shapes the Pangbournian Community, it connects all College stakeholders, driving greater alignment and coordination with the shared purpose of supporting the College's future plans. The PCAB's focus is to build connections to the College and across the community, ensuring everyone has a voice and the opportunity to be involved.
Every child, and their family, automatically become Pangbournians for life and members of the Pangbournian Community from the day they join the College. The Pangbournian Community brings together the wider family of Pangbourne: current and former parents and staff, Old Pangbournians, partners and friends, all of whom are represented on the Advisory Board.
The College’s culture of giving and support is a source of immense pride and Transforming Futures, our transformational bursary programme enabling deserving local young people to benefit from a Sixth Form education at Pangbourne, is the shared purpose that unites the College community. You can hear more from beneficiaries here.
There are a wide range of Pangbournian events throughout the year that are a great way to meet others, to connect with the College and to give back. Annual highlights include the Christmas Market on 15 November, Pangbournian Day on 19 April - a wonderful celebration for Pangbournians of every generation - and Pangbourne Proms on 19 June.
Pangbournian Connect will strengthen this global network, enabling the entire community to build greater connections with the College and each other, to build business networks, to access and provide career and mentoring opportunities, to sign up for events and reunions, to join clubs, to browse the digital archives, to shop the merchandise range, to support Transforming Futures - and much more!
