The Boat Club Appeal

The Boat Club Appeal - The Final Pull

Over the last three years, parents, OPs, staff and friends of the College have come together and raised £2.1M to fund a new Boathouse for Pangbourne Rowing.

Now we are asking for one last effort to power us down the home reach with enough funding to fit out the new Boathouse and Club Room for generations of rowers to come.

TARGET: £175,000

DEADLINE: 31st January 2027

BE PART OF THE FUTURE OF PANGBOURNE ROWING

Help us over the line by funding an item from this list. Or simply make a donation to the Appeal.

You can tell us which item you wish to fund in Comments Section at the bottom of Section 1 of the online donation form.

CELEBRATING GENEROSITY

In addition to the whole-appeal donor panel which will be mounted on the exterior of the Boathouse, we also plan a donor panel inside the Club Room where we will acknowledge the generosity of donors who have helped with the fit out and equipment. We will, of course, respect any donor who wishes to remain anonymous.

Donors join the College's recognition societies, receiving invitations to dedicated donor events and pins to celebrate their generosity:

  • The 1917 Society recognises those who have made generous contributions of £1,917 or more to the College.
  • The Fortiter ac Fideliter Society recognises those who have donated over £10,000. Fortiter ac Fideliter Gold Membership is presented to our Major Benefactors who have given £50,000 and above to the College.

BREAKING NEWS

With enough funds now raised for the build, we are poised to begin the construction work and have scheduled a breaking ground celebration for Wednesday 30 September.
