After a highly successful trip to Ukraine in 2025 with fellow OP Jeremy Moger (1962-66), Michael is returning in July to deliver another pickup truck full of much need aid to the country.
In addition to sourcing a suitable vehicle, Michael will be loading it with a long list of requested supplies including medical supplies and equipment, generators, tools, car tyres, shovels, jerry cans, camouflage nets, etc. To do this he first needs to raise funds so that he can purchase or have donated everything that has been requested..
To make this possible Michael is appealling for donations. If you would like to support him in his efforts and make a donation then please visit the “Just Giving” account by clicking on this link Just Giving Link or go to the Just Giving website and seach for "Pickups for Peace", once on the site you can scroll down and to read his story.
If any OP has access to items that they consider might be useful, then please contact sue.carpenter@pangbourne.com who can put you in touch with Michael,
All donations however small will be hugely appreciated. Thank you in advance and once completed we will let you know how much was raised and how the journey went.
