OP Society People Development (PiB-D)

Building and maintaining effective relationships is probably the most important thing we do; professionally and socially.

This is an opportunity for Old Pangbournians to understand more about yourself and how you relate to others. There are 12 places on the first PIB-D (Pangbournian In Business Development) programme starting Nov 25.

The format:

  • Delegates will be invited to complete the online Strength Deployment Inventory
  • Delegates will work together on four virtual (MS Teams)  workshops (60-90 mins) to
  • Understand their results
  • Learn how to deploy their strengths to be more effective in all their relationships

The programme will be run by Chris Stott (71-78), who has been using SDI for the past 20 years to help individuals, teams and organisations become more effective.

Typically, this programme would cost in excess of £1,500. For OP's it is a nominal Society contribution of £15.
