Hi.
Can you kind folk help me?
On the 23rd April I will be tying my shoelaces to run a mere 26.2 miles in the London Marathon all in aid of Daisy's Dream. It's been a tough 4 months training in all weathers that were thrown at me! My Just Giving page is looking pretty impressive as I have been actively fundraising since the beginning of the year. My two wishes are that my page reads at least £10,000 and my finish time starts with a 3! Any donations are greatly received, no matter how small or large.
Daisy's Dream are a local charity close to my heart having witnessed how it has helped families that I personally know. Statistics show that one child in every class loses a sibling or parent, anyone of us could need to call on them, they do not receive any funding and have to fundraise a minimum of £450,000 a year to continue supporting local families.
Thank you for taking the time to read my announcement, the link to my Just Giving Page is below.
Best Wishes
Caroline
