The AGM will be conducted at Camelid Veterinary Services, The Old Barracks, Lady Grove, Goring Heath, Reading RG8 7RU and virtually via MS Teams (details below).

OPs will be notified of the agenda, previous minutes and proxy form for the AGM during the week starting the 28th September.
Please note: Those wishing to attend in person should notify the OP Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the start of the Meeting.
Only those who are unable to attend the meeting in any manner but who wish to vote on any issue of business on the attached Agenda, should complete the Proxy Form attached and submit the signed Proxy Form to the OP Secretary at least 48 hours prior to the start of the Meeting.
Immediately following the AGM, the OP Committee will conduct its usual committee meeting and all OPs are welcome to remain.
